In-situ Adsorption and Desorption Filter — A Green Pioneer Innovating the Water Treatment Industry

As water resources become increasingly precious, efficient and eco-friendly water treatment technologies have become critical to social development. With accelerated industrialization and population growth, water pollution has grown increasingly severe, accompanied by stricter requirements for water quality. Traditional multi-media filters using activated carbon, quartz sand, and other media still hold a certain market share, but are severely limited by low filtration precision, high maintenance costs, rapid attenuation of filtration efficiency, high backwash water consumption, and cumbersome filter media replacement — all of which drastically restrict water treatment efficiency and cost-effectiveness. To address these challenges, Huanke Environmental Protection has independently developed the In-situ Adsorption and Desorption Filter driven by innovation, bringing a green revolution to the water treatment industry. The core of this filter lies in its lightweight modified polymer fiber filtration material, selected through rigorous engineering. The use of micron-grade filter media, produced via precision manufacturing, ensures each fiber achieves extremely high filtration precision, with a filtration efficiency of up to 99%. It effectively intercepts fine suspended solids, pathogenic bacteria and viruses, as well as refractory macromolecular organic matter, colloids, and iron impurities in water, demonstrating outstanding purification performance. The modified fiber filter media features strong chemical stability, resisting fluctuations in water pH and temperature. It also combines multiple advantages: light weight, high strength, good elasticity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and non-water absorption. Together, these properties greatly extend service life and reduce long-term operating costs. In terms of design, the In-situ Adsorption and Desorption Filter adopts a unique gradients filter bed structure, an innovative design inspired by natural layered filtration. By simulating the filtration process of natural water bodies, filtration is refined to achieve graded interception of impurities of different particle sizes, improving overall efficiency. Meanwhile, during backwashing, the gradient structure ensures uniform water penetration through the filter layer to create turbulence, thoroughly removing accumulated contaminants, preventing filter bed caking, and sustaining stable, high-performance operation. Compared with traditional filters, Huanke Environmental Protection’s product achieves a qualitative leap in filtration speed. Its high-efficiency mechanism greatly increases water flow rate, with a pollutant-holding capacity 2–3 times that of conventional equipment. This means the filter requires a smaller footprint and lower cost per ton of water under the same treatment capacity, providing an ideal solution for space-constrained or cost-sensitive sites. Notably, it uses an ultrasonic backwashing system, which uses micro-bubble cavitation generated by high-frequency vibration. This delivers exceptional cleaning performance with extremely low backwash water consumption — accounting for only 0.3% of product water output — and allows direct backwashing with raw water, further conserving water resources and perfectly combining environmental protection and energy saving.
